Project Details
In 2017, I was approached by la Fédération du Québec pour le planning des naissances (FQPN) to create a resource for abortion providers on how to be trans-inclusive, based on my experience working in an abortion clinic, and my Masters thesis which focused on this topic. I authored a Québec-specific manual for administrators, clinicians, and counsellors, which is available in French and English. In the years since, the manual has been adapted for use across Canada and the United States of America with the help of supporting agencies and organizations. In 2021, it was translated in Spanish and adapted for use in Argentina!
All of the versions are available below and all are licensed under a Creative Commons license, and may be replicated in part or in full, with credit to the authors, and so long as no profit is gained from the replication. The WEB file is suitable for online viewing and sharing, whereas the PRESS file is suitable for printing - it has been set up with bleeds and crop marks, and higher resolution photographs, so it will look great if you have it printed.
